American Village (America Mura) アメリカ村

I was in Osaka for the day for a few things. I had some free time in the afternoon to wander around Namba in downtown Osaka. I checked out Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and American Mura (which means American Village). America Mura アメリカ村is a hip shopping area where a lot of Osaka's trendier and cooler looking youth hang out on the weekends. I of course stuck out like a sore thumb for my complete lack of trendiness and coolness. I still enjoyed having a beer and watching life!

Of yeah...there was some sort of fire while I was there. You can actually hear the sirens in the background of my last "Tommy Lee Jones" video. I was close by in Dotonbori filming when it happened.

lol men's egg is a men's fashion magazine. for the male ver. of a ganguro/mamba/yamamba/etc. i dunno if it still exists or if it now caters to a different style. but yea.
