This was shot recently. It is a sample of the different exercises we do in the morning using the Tabata timer. This day we did 7 different exercises. Each for 8 sets of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Switching exercises after 8 sets. A total of 28 minutes of hard and fast exercise using lots of different muscle groups. The hardest part was the body squats/jumps as the last exercise. I was worn out but it felt great.
