for those who dont like a gamy taste. you can use low sodium soy sauce as a substitute for the teriyaki sauce. also, if you dont like "medium to medium rare" meat. they best method without drying up your venison and making it tough is to sear it on a grill for flavor, then make a foil pack add bacon and cook the rest of the way through. this adds fat so it doesnt dry out.

¼ cup Teriyaki sauce
Garlic powder
Cracked black pepper
Steak seasoning (optional)
