Just a question to anyone who may look at this... For these types of videos, what is your viewer preference - event sound - or music dubbed over the top? I left the event sound because i tend to like to hear what the action was like... Just curious as to peoples ideas...

Its a shame about the compression youtube apply to videos, because the original is so clear - not pixelated like some of this looks...

Well i'm working over the weekend, so i had to take advantage of the situation as best as possible... plus the practise days its so much easier to get the good footage - with low crowd numbers... I didnt get down there today (sat 1st Nov) - what was the crowd like?

Always, always the event sound. I've never understood why people overdub (often bad) music onto subjects such as motor sport or aviation, where the majority of enthusiasts really want to hear the sound of a well tuned engine. There are times when it works, but more often than not it simply ruins an otherwise good video. When the banging music starts, I hit mute and switch to another video.

nah didnt go cause i had special art i really wanted to go see peter besenyei when the pit lanes were open in the morning but cant :( at least one of us got to see something...
