Papier-Chromatographie mit Stabilo Point 88 Chromatography with Stabilo Point 88

Ein Filterpapier wird in der Mitte durchstochen, so dass ein Docht (halbiertes Stück Toilettenpapier)hindurchpasst). Um das Loch zeichnet man je einen Halbkreis mit einem braunen und einem schwarzen Filzschreiber der Marke Stabilo Point 8.
Der Docht kommt nun in eine Ampulle voll Wasser. Durch Kapillarkräfte steigt das Wasser in dem Docht hoch und bewegt sich dann in dem Filterpapier in Richtung des Randes.

A filter paper is pierced in the middle to hold a wick (halfed piece of toilet paper).
A brown semicircle is drawn on the filter paper around the hole with a brown felt pen (Stabilo 88/45) tip. A black pen (Stabilo 88/46)is used for the rest of the circle. The wick with the paper is dipped into a high 5-mL ampoule full of water.
The water moves from the center of the paper by capillarity separating the mixture of the brown and black dyes.
