Can i use any motherboard for my computer case or do the way the screws are ordered determine which kind of board I need?

The case will support a specific type or types of MB. Most cases will have markings on the case holes to indicate which type/types of MBs are supported. You also need to measure the MB dimensions to make sure it will fit inside the case. Most ATX cases will fit most ATX MBs, but it pays to double check first.

hey how come u need a anti static protection?
and do u have to get the same type of motherboard

You use anti-static protection so you do not ruin your components with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
If you want to reuse some components, such as your power supply, RAM, CPU, you would get a motherboard that supports these components. Otherwise you would have to replace not only the motherboard but these components as well.
