He did divorce his wife and marry another woman lot's of people do. I don't approve of it but it doesn't show anything about his policies which are what i care about.

McCain cannot dispute the true facts, it would only highlight them further for the public to see him for what he really is.

Second McCain probably doesn't contest them because they don't come from any reliable source and nobody is talking about them.
