The world should be ashamed of what they let happen..The world let genocide happen in Bosnia...The UN knew what was going to happen, they cant say they didnt know.In Rawanda 800,000 tutsies got killed and they did nothing...In srebrenica thousands got killed and they did nothing..Then whata hell was UN doing in Bosnia when they cant help anybody, just watch.
