@ballinballer03 And I really hate my team for that to. Some of these owners need a little bit of "mark kuben dust" sprinkled on them. I just wonder how he might of been now that we have a new coach, staff, and competitive QB now.

this must be from the UNC days. dude is a whole lot bigger now.

@2:08 julius looks like a giant compared to his trainer
-
no bench, squat deadlift, snatch, shoulder press etc...... this is definitely not his real weightlifting workout

@NacreousCTD Wow ... so because you run 5 miles and use a stair stepper you believe that you are in better physical shape than even an average NFL player, let alone Julius Peppers. Get a life buddy, you're an average joe who is not happy with your own life and physical shape and therefore decides to "bash" professional athletes. How about you go train a little harder on one of those longs "breaks" you have doing nothing during these 72 hour shifts you speak of.

@raidgal We work 24-72hr. shifts, non-stop. And no, not all fire training is the same. You think someone in Idaho receives the same training as FDNY.? We dont have the luxury of going indoors to a nice million dollar facility when its raining or its too hot... there are no excuses. We are constantly exposed to toxins, chemicals, smoke inhalation and diseases everyday... We don't fill our body with artificial garbage to perform, we are actual hardworking Americans that do it b/c we love it.

@raidgal Fire fighting is a different kind of monster. The danger is 10x more real than football, in fact, fire fighting has claimed more lives than just about any other job in the USA. I run 5miles every morning w/ a 35lb. weighted vest, I do a stair-stepper 3xs a week for about 10 mins. @ a time with 75lbs on my body (half can't even get passed 4mins).
@NacreousCTD i am actually not a fan of his, but i respect his work ethic and for you to say this is nothing with youre sarcastic remark , then i really have no respect for you.
id like to see you play an nfl game go through an nfl practice andtraining camp with workouts, weights, cardio and foot work and position work. a 12 hour day non stop 7 days a week. thats cool you area fire fighter, good for you.

@NacreousCTD wow youre an idiot. i have seen fire academy training its the same template every where. football training is 10 X the amount of hard work. dont just look at Peppers training and this isnt even his full regime.
