Penny's Meal Plan (2009):

-1500 calories/day
-Smaller portions
-3 meals + 2 snacks
-No late night snacking
-CUT DOWN ON CHOCOLATE!
-1 serving size of cheese = about the thickness of your thumb & the length of your thumb (make sure it is light cheese)
-snacks are a mini meal to keep your energy levels up
