This with Power to Believe, really helped set the mood for emotional scenes of the movie. I really liked it!

This is a great still for this song. One of my favourite movies of all time and I thought the ending was amazing. That's kind of what makes this movie so special. Del Griffith is funny and well-meaning and so full of life that you'd never dream of him being homeless and having lost his wife 8 years before we see him in the film. Neil Page's reaction is an image I'll never forget. Both Steve Martin and John Candy nailed that scene in the train station. Fantastic song too. Requiem Mass.

They truly don't make movies like they use to. This was always my favorite John Candy film.

WOW, great memories, John Candy RIP, and thank to B.O.L. for such a beautiful and emotional piece of music.

Thanks for posting this. Great song, excellent movie, exceptionally gifted actors.... which album is this insrumental version from? I know book of love did an album with vocals and a drum beat, but I love this version so much better. Cheers again.

@allypuss Hey, I'm glad you like it, it's one of my favorites too! I saw this movie a million times as a kid, so this song has always made me think of the holidays and family. I, too, prefer the instrumental version.
Anyway, to answer your question, it came off of the Newborn extended edition album.
