22 reps, 15 breaths, 3 reps, 15 reps, 3 reps. I am not sure how much weight this is since I don't know what the sled weighs, but I had the sides loaded up with 2 extra 25 lb. plates on top and 2 other 15 lb. dumbells. Whatever the weight, the first set was a big PR. I normally do not rest-pause the leg press but I was feeling frisky.
