Life Matters Here - Lake City Nursing Home Renovation

The Life Matters Here video is a short 5 minute clip that introduces two nursing home residents who tell powerful stories. One young gentleman, a rehabilitation patient, stayed at the nursing home for eight months and credits the great medical care for his recovery. Another family tells their story of gratitude for the availability of care close to home. While both of these stories highlight the nursing home as a positive resource, they also tell a story about the need for more gathering and destination places within the facility. After all, the visits of family and friends often bring joy to the residents and, just as they would in their homes, LCMC wants residents to feel comfortable sharing this home with visitors.
