i feel so grateful... big thanks for everybody...
i used Autocad, Autodesk 3ds max + vray , rhino for modeling & rendering. Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere & Sony Vegas for post production. The great challenge was really in rendering such scenes at a reasonable time.
