Market Garden 65th Anniversary Sept 2009
This video was taken from a helmet mounted camera. The first part of the video is from the British DZ at Wolfheze (17th Sep), I jumped this 65 years exactly to the minute that was done back in WWII quite an honour. The second part is of Ginkle heath (19th Sep) for the main public display. Apologies for using an AN2 and Cessna but our Dakota suffered a major engine failure and this was the best we could do for our veterans. Ive reduced the footage down from near 3gb so hope the compromise between size and quality is ok. Enjoy!

Because the ATC3K has poor sound, to overdub with some adreneline funking hip hop rubbish wouldnt be quite right, the only sensible piece would be the theme tune for a bridge too far but then that would loose some of the subbtle commands which admittedly are hard to hear but for the parachutists its quite important.. The reaon i made this was for the visual as so few people will get the chnce to jump on the DZ's including my wife and children who can now see what dad does.

I was jumping from the other Cessna with Pathfinder on the Ginkel Heath at the same time.....

Very nice to see it back on film....just feel like I'm jumping again ;-)

Quite good shots, but why the appalling audio? I switched off sound halfway through, so may have missed something, but the constant, repetitive track is no good at all.
