I have a moderate case of this secondarily through fibromyalgia. Noticed especially during massages when my feet and hands were ice cold but the rest of me was warm.

Great video. I also have Raynaud's and wrote an article about Raynaud's and 'Ways to Warm Up'. I used your video as an example of how cool & warm water affects people with this disorder. Here's my article - thanks for the video! squidoo.com/31-ways-to-warm-up

your allergic to cold
It does hurt a bit and sting when the blood returns to the fingers. Raynaud's in my feet is much more painful, but the pain does go away when they warm up (Usually in about 15 minutes).

Meine Finger drehen lila auch. Sehen Sie sich diese Webseite raynauds.org
Es gibt gute Informationen auf dieser Website. Viele Menschen mit Raynaud sehen ihren Arzt um Hilfe. Viel Glück

I always use lukewarm water and make sure it touches my palm before it reaches my fingers. Can't feel my fingers and don't want to scald them....
Raynaud's disease is a vascular disorder that causes intermittent interruption of blood flow to the extremities. See your doctor right away if you have a history of severe Raynaud's and develop an ulcer or infection in one of your affected fingers or toes.
