Wigan athletic stay in the premiership

Every pundit had us down for relegation the days and hours leading up to the final game of the 06/07 premiership season. This was justified following our performance but cometh the hour, cometh the man. And we had eleven of them digging deep to put noses out of joint by maintining our top flight status. The most nervous I have been in a very long time. Was gutted for Sheffield as it could quite easily have been us in that situation. They'll be back though.

Great end to the season. The 'Boro game was dull on Wednesda but we won xD.

WAFC for life - sorry to Sheffield/Blades 'cos they should be up with us, they're a good team and didn't deserve to drop. They'll be back next season though.
