Okaisauces will make your cooking perfect every time. You can use any kind of noodle. If you don't have access to asian noodle, use spagetti.

any noodle will do , even spagetti. Soy sauce alone will not make the chow mein taste good. you might want to add some salt, sugar, msg, black ground pepper, and some chinese oyster sauce.
