Thought it would be fun to play around with POV-Ray again and I decided to re-render my old CG assignment at a higher quality. My original render was on my laptop and it took forever this time I rendered on my desktop (which is in desperate need of an upgrade): A single core A64 3000+ with 1Gb DDR and it took 7hours to render 900 1080x1920 frames at the highest quality.

I might try something else now that I am confident I can get a decent quality result. Stay tuned....
