Here's what went wrong with music:

1. MTV. We should have shut it down immediately.

2. Radio stations and labels going apartheid, splitting integrated bands into white rock and black rap. That killed the soul of American music.

3. Rap music: period. And I'm black.

4. Corporations too big and in control of all the music. No real bands can grow.

5. A generation deliberately raised without real music so they can't recognize it.

Unite. We can change the above together.
