It wasn't meant to be full competition Squat, it gave me back pain few weeks before because I went too deep. This depth is optimal for me and thtat's what I want.
my max on this depth is 250kg and it's 210 for 8 reps. 15 reps max weight is 180kg but it was so exhausting I went ill for 2 weeks ;-) My bodyweight was around 95kg. But I've been training for 20,5 years now so the future is yours ;-)
2 sets of 10...it's the max weight i use for squats...though i can do a single rep of 180kg...far more than double my bodyweight...it's taken me 3 years to get this far...

nice work man...at 70kgs,and i do the same weight as you,but very impressive nevertheless...keep it up!
