Poor headbutt but to do a proper one would not be good unless its a real fight situation.
Heres how.
very quickly drop by bending your knees as you start to lean forward, then spring aiming your head at the bridge of their nose, you have your full body leading with your head springing towards their nose, hospital is where they will be heading. dont do it unless you have to and never let anyone get close enough to do it to you, always keep them at arms length
