Sims 2 - house design v3 part 1

I had to split the video in 2 parts:
part 1 - building (speed up)
part 2 - garden interior and some pics
A mansion at the coast. I tried to let it fit to the terrain so i used the ‚boolProp constrainFloorElevation cheat ..... it looks very complicated but it isnt that hard u just need a little practice ^^ Its my biggest and the most expensive mansion (until now :D) pls rate both parts if u like it ^^
lot size: 5x6
costs: about 365.000
