CamStudio Best Settings HD

This are best settings i found. It easly record with 12 fps HD at 1280 X 1024 but i use 1280 X 720. (12 fps on a 1.6 ghz Cpu. On a dual core I get now 38 fps !!!)

OK I want to record Game footage with this, will it work or should I go to something like fraps?

@34531396 it won't work smoothly. It records like 10 fps in games that I get 100 fps. You should try something like a pirated ZD soft Screenrecorder. Fraps will also do, but the filesize is too big for my 500gb HDD to record gameplay

@terorvlad You know. You can just compress the files fraps gives you, using handbrake :)

@TheOpzor The problem is that I can't do that while in-game. And to record a good tutorial / gameplay I'd need at least 50 GB Free, which I don't personaly. Not to mention the space needed for recordings that were not good. When I do use fraps, I like to compress the final product and keep everything uncompressed since then.
