  • amazing workout...that ties up my cardio for the day...i sweat for about 15 mins after the workout...i will definately be checking into the website. I like how you've offered not only isolation and total body workouts but a basic starter kit for meal plans...but that inmind if you offer that to the public for free...im very interested in what you offer to clients. Thank you very much. Look forward to following your routines.
