Here is a rare Ray Harryhausen segment I found that featured him on the show ''That's Hollywood'' in the Late 70's. Enjoy.

  • Damn I remember this waaaay back in the 80's on Saturdays we used to watch this diligently. I remember the theme song. Thanks!!!

  • @itofficer02 Thanks for watching...

  • Can you please allow embedding on this video? I want to link to this in my blog : I'm doing an article about CG vs. practical effects and it is sort of inconvenient to have people leave the page mid-article. Thanks for posting this! :D

  • @threnodyfilm I thought it was already set that way. I will try but no guarantees

  • @threnodyfilm . Okay it is ready. Please tell me which blog if you will weree this will be going too? I would like to see it. Thanks.

  • Believe it or not. I loved this show and 'surprise' I'm not American.

This was one of my favorite shows back in Brazil.

Today, I simply tried to find out what was the name of the show and finally found it. Sad, 'though, we cannot find many episodes on Youtube either.

Anyway, it was nice to see a little bit of it again!!

  • Wow! Ray sounds so young in this!

  • "That's Hollywood" and "In Search of" were two of the best half-hour syndicated shows ever made. I loved watching them, in the mid-late 70's. In the NY area, they usually came on at 7:30, after the news, and just before prime-time. Thanks for posting this, Primevals33. For me, it was a wonderful trip down memory lane.

  • I remember this show! I had Beta back in the day. I used to watch Buck Rogers back then too.

  • Sorry about the last comment. I should have watched the entire clip before asking about

    Ray Harryhausen

I believe Tom Bosley did the voice over on all of these shows. I used to watch them when I was a kid ;-)

It would be cool if you made a couple of tweaks to your tags, like adding: that's hollywood, tom bosley

I was out hunting for old episodes of That's Hollywood. That's how I found this :-)

Thank you for posting this clip.
