@stepharoo85 its funny but i think i have it down to a science now. don't worry about the 6lbs because you have to account for the weight you gained through loading. i think i gained 6lbs loading. i was sick about that. i couldn't believe it and almost didn't think that it would come off in the first week. but it came off so quick. just stay focused steph, we can do it!!!

First, thank you for keeping us posted of your results. I just got my HCG today, so I need all the inspiration. I am going to ask this of every sista of color until I get an answer, they say no lotions and moisturizers while doing hcg, now u know we love us some cocoa butta, did you stop using lotions and just used baby oil or mineral oil as suggested? This may sound like a stupid question to some, but I am a lotion freak, i hate to even think bout being ashy.

day 12 already!!! 1.22 whoa, fantastic girl!!! sticken to what works best , thats exactly what i did last round, stuck to what was working! it does take a while for the mental to catch up with the skinny body.. looking smoking hawt gurl!! pretty tree, worth the fight, lol!!! keep up the great work!! big hugs.. oh what video editing softwear do you use? love your videos!!!
