  • Greg I agree with budb11 you forgot too much, maybe you should do another video listing all the stuff that you missed.

A magnet, a file, how about goggles or safety glasses handing that acid, sometimes with heavier items you can put the acid on the piece, a desk fan to dissipate the fumes.

How about false positives testing white gold being stainless steel.

Also you can gamble if the piece is not marked you can still pay cheap 5 bucks without acid test and still be ok.

    Too much was missed.

DID MY BEST ON ONE TAKE ON SHORT NOTICE..

  • @biasply77

WHERE HAS ALL THE TIME GONE. FORGOT I EVEN MADE THIS VIDEO.

I THOUGHT IT WAS BETTER THAN 1000+ VIEWS IN A YEAR - BUT HECK WHAT DO I KNOW????

  • Greg, would a magnet and a file make nice additons to the 22 items on this video? Thanks for your videos.

  • @budb11

GOSH I KNEW I FORGOT A THING OR TWO. WOW 22 ITEMS! IMPRESSIVE CONCENTRATION!

    THANKS!''

  • A few more questions? After I buy all my equipment. How much money would be good to start up with or keep on hand? What is a good amount of gold to have before I ship to the refiner to cash in? Where is a good place for a beginner to start building clients? Every gas station around me buys scrap gold. I'm just hoping to be able to give better money and still make a good profit. Mainly by keeping a very low overhead. I'm open to everything

  • $150 a month for a phone.... phew!

  • Oh no! gotta pack a heater... runs with the territory lol

  • Got a scale, got a acid gold testing kit.. Ready go. I'm just an average Jane Doe. I have found gold at garage sales, flea markets, etc etc.I have made overhead money from my finds, so why does everyone pick on this guy. If he wasn't in the business to make money he wouldn't be in business... This guy is as honest as they come..

  • Greg, here in Pa. we need to have a Legal Tender scale, (mine was about $320) and calibration check yearly. Also, needed; Precious Metals license with the state, and registration in each county serviced.
