one dirty sock

One of my old socks.
This one is different it is able to crawl to the laundry all by itself.
Its mate has gone to the place where odd socks go .
I made it when my wife said that one of my socks was so stinky it would go to the laundry by itself.
She should have bit her tongue as the next few weeks I made a walking sock that moves along the floor like one of those caterpillars that sort of walk like a loop of rubber.
How ever, it is due for retirement here as it has upset too many visitors, when they see it walking to the laundry and exclaim "what the heck is that" (secretly set off from the next room.)
