I agree that capitalism seems to be going through a crisis, but alternatives are not being considered in mainstream politics in any developed nations despite all the economic and political unrest (Alternatives are being tested in nations such as Venezuala under El-Presidente Hugo Chavez). Indeed, socialism is the future.
Well, thanx for the information! But tell me why all of this war(us-iraq etc) oil crisis, indigence, straddle of goods and and and?I agree with you about CCCP of 50's-90's but socialism is the future...Equality for ALL the people!!!
55% of the Russian people do not want the State-Socialistic system back. They keep voting for Putin (though I use the word 'vote' in a lose sense when it comes to Russian democracy). The older generations share nostalgia for the 'glory days' of the USSR, but the new generations are increasingly entrenurial and capitalistic. Although I am myself a socialist, capitalism is not experiencing a crisis. The international market may be turbulent, but nobody is seriously considering any alternatives.
Capitalism was doing great, till US started letting in all these great political "intellectuals" from the soviet block. Hehehe serves them right, we warned them.
Say what you want about Soviet Russia, they got a satelite up before the USA despite their situation, deal with it.
