Jack Joyce working on his shooting. 15 minutes of practice a day is the difference between good and great. BTW, Jack is 10 years old, entering the 6th grade and weighs 74 pounds. His shot is consistently clocked at 65 miles an hour.

keep workin at it man, just a few tips, position your top hand lower, and keep your arms far away from your body, focus on your overhand shot because over hand will get you more goals even tho you can get more power off side arm
