lol i thought it was called children too :P its actually called chillrend. you get it by doing a side quest for the odill family at chorrol i think. thats were i got mine at the start of the game :) you can find one of the odills either at the odill farm or in one of the taverns or bars near the main gate to chorrol :) hope this helped :D
