  • I'm 18 years old. i weigh 135 pounds and im 5'7.

    if i do this 3 times a week or maybe less.. will i lose my love handles. i have a flat stomach its just my sides i want gone.

  • How much time does it takes to see awesome results? bcuz on the last exercise i do only 2 sets 20 on each side.

  • @tryandlike Thanks so much bro . i'll be trying . btw that comment was a bit old . i was only 14 as i said . now i am 16 and i got taller and larger .. i have a good chest but i still need a lot of work out to get bigger. mybody gives resulsts faster now . But studies and little stleep is my enemy now :/

  • @Hamouaz EAT!!! eat a lot of good quality food high in proteins. also keep doing what you are doing but incorporate lifting big weights (big for you without sacrificing technique). do squat, bench press, deadlift, row, etc. you want to do these correctly though so ask someone or watch videos. above all eat. go to myfitnesspal its free.

  • Honestly i dont think you have to wait til your 18 to work out with weights cause im 15 and ive been at it for a year and my growth is fine just dont lift really heavy...great video btw thanks for advice

  • @Hamouaz Don't touch any weight until you are 18.Work wit your body weight.Push ups,pull ups,crunch,DIP STATION.You will become big-dont rush to grow :)
