Tails & Knuckles 02 - Tails Can Swim Now?

Hydrocity Zone + Tails = Easier Time. The ability to swim makes this zone less hectic and promotes MUCH more control underwater. It seems a little unfair at times, but don't think it'll always be this way.

Tails' swimming ability really cheeses Hydrocity Zone. Granted Tails' abilities in general cheeses the majority of this game, but it is especially noticeable here.
