This video is purely for one single purpose, to increase the general well-being of anyone who watches it. It will become my new current main video, I hope you enjoy it :)


You MUST go from atleast 30 seconds in, to the end, without stopping or being interrupted, for this to have any effect. Remember, it's just a tester file.


There is a binaural beat present to help put you into a deep state of relaxation. It is my own binaural beat that I made awhile back under a mild trance... the trigonometry of it just flowed into my mind. Remember, for a binaural beat to work... you MUST either have headphones on, or have two speakers handy - for both, the left headphone/speaker must be in/facing your left ear, just as the right headphone/speaker must be in/facing your right ear. A binaural beat is a sound frequency that matches the same brain-wave frequencies that your brain uses for it's state of consciousness. In doing so, it sends a different tone on the same frequency into each ear at the same time, synchronizing your brain-waves and altering your consciousness.

Note: Just passively listening to binaural beats does not necessarily alter your state of consciousness. For example, willingness and ability to relax and focus attention affects how effective the binaural beat stimulus is for inducing state changes.

i.e. For you to enter the intended mild trance, just focusing only on the spiral is useless, you must also listen to the binaural beat with your full attention... full-screen is recommended. Remember, listen very carefully to the binaural beat, try to hear every sound and nyance in the background. Focus on them and watch the spiral carefully...


Also, I know 10 minutes is a little short... but we'll see how it works. And remember... Hypnosis is an art, it should not be used to make money, for the hypnotist doesn't do anything really... it's mostly the power of the subject being hypnotized, remember that. The Hypnotist can only be your guide.

  • i only watched a few seconds of it. i had the speaker off at first. once your pic left and the spiral was on the screen, i slowly put the speaker on 3 seconds after the spiral showed up and heard that alien voice. to tell you the truth, it freaked me out (even if i wasn't in a trance). would it be less freaky if i had the speaker on once it started. then i might watch it (if i could find a way to put the speakers up to my ears without having to lean forward uncomfortably).

  • yes penguin, it would be "less freaky" if you listened to the whole thing, but the beginning is just telling you to read the instructions and thanking you for watching.
