The political fall-out over the Mau forest complex appears to be in full swing. In a bare-knuckled response, Prime Minister Raila Odinga has hit back at a section of Rift Valley leaders who have been accusing him of betrayal over the Mau issue saying he was ready to lose their political support but save the Mau.
It's not a bout Raila, it's what's good for this country, should our lakes be dry because of greedy people of Kalenjin, what a bout flamingos dying in lake Nakuru? It has got nothing to do with politics, all am praying for is for the ogeik clan to be settled they own mau not these thieves from Moi time. Ruto stop misleading people of RV act as a leader and reason like one.

Raila should be applauded for his tough stand on the Mau. Kalenjin MPs are fighting a losing battle. Playing politics with the future of Kenyans.
