Twice a week? That's too much. How about once every 4-5 weeks? I do it once every 2-3 months, myself. And I recommend to start with 40 kgs, to get familiar with the technique. Good luck!
Great effort brother. I am planning to start doing the bear twice a week to start with may be with 50 Kgs or so.
