To add insult to injury we can now be fined £80 for parking longer than 4 hours in car parks that were gifted to the people of Cumbernauld by the development corporation when they wound up. Course could be argued those who stay longer than 4 hours deserve all they get. After all there are not enough shops to shop for 4 hours so technically they are loitering.
