  • I am beginning to like WM6.5.

  • Exactly.

I find it very perplexing that people are praising the Zune HD endlessly while for its interface (which is admittedly more polished and uniform throughout) yet simultaneously bashing WM, even 6.5

I can only assume that most who bash WM 6.5 for its interface either haven't used it personally, or have only seen older builds.

  • If this is Windows Mobile 6.5 (or at least an early build) then what was just released from Microsoft as Windows Mobile 6.5? It's even running on multiple cellphones on AT&T today but it doesn't look the same as the one being shown in the video.

Could this be an early build of Windows Mobile 7?

    I need some clarification plz.

  • October 6th

  • cool thanks. i know .. who knows with microsoft.

  • I guess in october.

  • any idea on when 6.5 will be out?

  • plzzzzzz some1 answr us,,,, every1 askin how we cn get WM6.5?????

or how we cn upgrde it????!!!!!!

    plzzzz pocketnowvideo answr us,,,,,,

  • HTCBoards[.]Com

  • It's not oficially released yet. Also, i'm not sure if the Omnia will get the upgrade to 6.5

  • The thing is the ZuneHD is super smooth, I have wm6.5 23016 on my Diamond and it is NOT smooth. TF3D is, but the wm6.5 part of the interface isn't.

This should change when the new devices are released, HTC is FINALLY moving away from the 528mhz qualcomm chipsets.

(Leo using snapdragon, HTC Qilin using 600mhz OMAP3430)

We probably won't see anything like this on any CDMA carriers for a year however...

  • Where I found this update?

    I use a Samsung Omnia
