@373John832 It is well known fact that the 1st Book of Enoch was written in the in the 1st 1/2 of the 2nd CenturyBC. That would rule out that Enoch actually wrote it. The Book of Watchers (§1-36): a third century or early second century, The Book of Similitudes (§37-71): a text from the first century CE, The Astronomical Book (§72-82): a treatise from the third century BCE, The Book of Dream Visions (§83-90): two visions that were composed during the Maccabaean revolt (165-160 BCE).

@wayinoutreach Have you read the book of Enoch? "The second vision which he saw, the vision of wisdom -which Enoch the son of Jared, the son of Mahalalel, the son of Cainan, the son of Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, saw." Sounds like the same Enoch to me. Nothing in the book leads me to believe anything other than it was written by the man mentioned in the bible who walked with God. The book is not evil, but like a behind the scenes look at the truths of the Bible.
