The MackRoller is Industrial Strength and Gearmotors contain steel gears and hard to just strip unless operating instructions where not followed. Did you call the CigFactory and discuss the problem with the CigFactory? Did you get a refund or replacement if not happy?

Bought one and gears stripped after 3 cartons. Poor construction, like it was assembled in someones garage. Good concept, poor execution.
