A cornerstone of the Henry Ford Museum's Racing in America collection, the Lotus-Ford 38/1 returns to the scene of its triumph. After a 45 year absence from the race track, Jim Clark's Indianapolis 500 winning Lotus-Ford 38/1 returns to Indianapolis Motor Speedway with 2007 Indy 500 Champion Dario Franchitti at the wheel. • Dario saying "Jim was my hero" gave me thoughts how he's giving regular media speech. Google's and once I realized that he's in fact scottish I shamed a bit. Clark goes ahead of every other F1 for me. Reading tales about him and his achievements sparked my F1 love especially for 60's era

  • Has any heard the legend of the maniac indy car driver "Crazy Doss" ? He could race backwards faster than this Dario guy...he never got to be in the race because he always crashed his car.

  • WOW,I went to that race in '65, I was 13, that video gave me chills. Jim Clark ... the best EVER.

  • Oh my Gosh, this brings tears to my eyes. FANTASTIC , the sound is just incredible, How fitting that a fellow Scott is honored to drive this classic piece of history.
