This was all over the news locally and also nationally. I saw it on Dateline NBC also!
The Newspapers said that the Rescuers seen in the video were two Austin Fire Fighters. Fire Fighter Christopher Lafferre and Lt. David Brietzke.
FF. Christopher Lafferre can be seen grabbing the woman's upper body and Lt. David Brietzke on the bow with the feet.
It looks to me like they could have easily met the same fate of the man who was swept away..if not death! Brave Men if you ask me!
