  • P.S. It's a gas stove with a big burner so I thought it would work.

  • Maybe you can help me. I tried to boil 5 lbs of crawfish on my stove last night. I could never really get the water to come to a rolling boil. So the crawfish and everything else came out mushy because I think I left them in the water too long trying to come to a boil. Any ideas? Use less water or something? IDK.

  • The crabs were European brown crabs. Was this seafood boil made by Americans expats in Europe?
