But what do I know, I have only spent a year deployed to Iraq as an intel analyst and again another year in Afghanistan. Look past the sound bite mentality and do some research, this is too important to be so easily swayed.
Not many replies, I wonder if they just eliminate any postings that are critical of their position?

Saying we need to pass a "Clean Energy Climate Plan" sounds nice as does "Cutting our dependance on foreign oil" but they don't tell you what that means. It is just a few soundbites to evoke emotion. Part of that plan includes forcing car manufacturers to build cars people don't want. Part of that includes mandating changes on business that will cost jobs and none of that includes developing domestic sources for oil.

This is propaganda. When they say "this is what our troops are up against today" and then talk about EFP IEDs they show larger blast type IEDs not EFPs. This is less than honest.
