Us Catholics are under attack!!! I recently lost my Mother to Protestanism and Ironically my mother's name is Mary please pray for Her so She can come back home The Catholic Faith
I Love You Jesus and Blessed Mother pray for us so one day we can unite in Love

any "praying" to mary is an extension of respect in hopes that she will pray for us. the point of a rosary is to focus on the mysteries of christ's life (each decade of beads is used to concentrate on christ's sufferings and doing in life) we do not consider her equal to jesus because she is not divine. get your facts straight please before making allegations against the largest and first christian faith

Good video. Another thing that people seem to forget, Mary, the Mother of Jesus initiated His first public miracle; she went to Him and said that they were out of wine (at a wedding they were attending). Then She said , whatever my son tells you to do, then do it. And they filled up the canters with water and Jesus turned them into wine. Blessed is Mary amongst women!

When Jesus broke the bread, his language was literal. In English, its easy to miss...in Greek...not so much. He was also speaking quite literally in John 6 when he said, "Whoever does not eat the flesh and drink the blood of the Son of Man does not have life in him."
To the people at that time, if he meant that symbolically, it would have been interpreted as "Whoever does not beat me senseless or kill me does not have life in him."
If you need a reference to this, check Micah 3:3.

"To pray" is a verb meaning "to ask," not "to worship." Catholics do not worship Mary. They pray to her, asking her to pray for them, as sinners, to God.
If you say that saints can't offer prayers for us, you haven't read your bible. The prayers of saints are mentioned in Revelation. Other verses, such as those in Matthew 22 and 26 suggest that both human and angel saints can intercede.
On earth, we have subordinate mediators. We will ask a friend to pray for us. Its no different.
Through infant baptism, keeping sacraments, church membership, going to mass, praying to Mary, and confession (just to mention a few), the Catholic church has developed a system of salvation through WORKS. God's word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not through works". "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Eph. 2:8-9)

@kiwichristian2009 why do you ignore that paul says? Paul says, you cant have faith alone. he says faith without works is dead. you must read the bible as a whole...remember what jesus taught us through parables, the man who knocked on the heaven's door jesus answers the door. the man says i spoke of your name i believed in you, and what does jesus do? he says "i dont know you" it is because the man did believe in jesus but he had no works...at all.

Your pretty much saying that its bad for me to show you a verse from the Bible.
Nope its pretty bad to worship Mary.
P.s. You can say that you don't, but what about rosary's, you pray to her, thats WORSHIP.
It might not be considered straight up worship.
But when it get's to the point where you make her equal to Jesus in the CATHOLIC church thats gotta be worship.
