many sf4 players don't know how to appropriately block blanka's super; im assumin mullah figured zak didn't would block up first and THEN down b/c blanka gave the impression at 2:10 as if the attack was barrellin from the top (had he blocked up and THEN down sagat/zak would have lost the round)

both of his uppercuts where open to be punished by an ultra, its 100% safe and works everytime.

I think you would have had that 2nd round if you did more punishment to Sagat when he threw those open Tiger Uppercuts instead of just med punching him :] Good game though I love your Blanka style of play
