I love Laurel and Hardy!

I am the Owner of the Org. Tape that this clip is from.. It was sent to UCLA for archiving. I have the Tape that was sent. I have Signed Letters From Laurel as well... I need Help selling these Items..

There are several clips of The Rogue Song that survive (including another L&H clip) discovered over the last several years, thanks in part to the tireless work of the late Bob Stowell of California. The soundtrack (including several L&H bits) is also available.

I know this film was panned by critics and audiences at the time, but it is still a shame it's lost.
-
Wasn't Tree in a test tube in color as well?
-
Eddie Cantor makes a joke about this Lawrence Tibbits in "Whoopie"
-
oops. I had my sound off. I thought it was a soundless clip, like a sort of outtake.
-
There are recordings of Lawrence Tibbett singing "The Rogue Song". His 90s biography was called "Dear Rogue". I think what we're supposed to hear during the cave scene is L&H encountering a bear.
-
How ironic that one of the fragments that survives wastes so much footage time looking at a cave...
-
L&H appeared in the color short TREE IN A TEST TUBE (1943)
Great posting, but the move title is "The Rogue Song" not Rouge Song.
