Afternoon on 2008/04/24; Heading north on 43/Waukegan Road.

Fellow is sitting behind the line and the light changes to yellow. Strange he got this completely the oposite of most folks. Your not supposed to enter and intersection you can't currently exit. Most people will go ahead and move into the intersection with the intent of turning ASAP or when the light starts turning. This guy sat right where he should, but then when the light changed, entered the intersection which resulted in him running the red light. I just don't get it.
And when the light changed 20/30 seconds later, I turned, went straight 30 yards and stopped right behind him. We were all stuck behind a school bus which you could see even before you turned. Ha!

If my eyes see this correctly, he entered the intersection on the yellow which is legal.
