I took pictures every few weeks while getting in shape. I started with at 245 and 44 inch waist and dropped to 175 and 134 waist. This took about 18 months. I walked every day, exercised, stopped eating empty carbs, counted calories and drank lots of water.
Awesome results, now you should start lifting weights and become a beast!!
